“A great place to order something tasty and fast. Today we were craving pizza, it was late, and we decided to order. We were really pleased with how quickly our order arrived and when we picked it up. The person in charge, Kristina, treated us with great respect and warmth. Thank you for taking care of our order.“

“Cashier was super nice and helpful. Food was delicious. However, you have to buy small bottles of pop for $3 but can get the 2-liter for $4. There is no soda machine anymore. I don't know, but it seems like they really prefer customers to just pick up their food and eat elsewhere. Nonetheless, it's in a decent location but I miss the ability to chill and dine there.“

“I was reminded today that there has always been--and still is--a real difference in the quality of a Pizza Hut pizza versus other national chains.

This location nailed all aspects of the experience; from the lady on the phone taking the order to the staff onsite who greeted me friendly and professionally, to the pizza itself.

I asked for extra sauce on the pizza; a request I rarely feel is actually done at other chains, and it was perfect.

It was also nice that it took exactly how long they said it would take for my order to be ready; 15 mins.“

“Pizza Hut os one of the best pizza restaurants in Louisville. I have eaten Pizza Hut pizza since before places started delivery. I don't know who or when the delivery for any places in louisville, but I do know that I ordered a Lion's share of it from Pizza Hut from the time it started until now. Pizza Hut remains one of my favorite choices for pizza if not the favorite of all time. This particular Pizza Hut, the one on Shelbyville Road and St Matthews area near Trinity High School, is the second Pizza Hut that I delivered for when I was younger. This was also a delivery pickup, but this one was a DOORDASH DELIVERY PICK UP. Pickup was efficient and was as quick as I could walk to the counter. Precise, correct, and out the door into the customer in less time than expected or necessary to fulfill being on an time delivery. Staff was nice and pleasant but working hard, and not too many places I walk into all employees are hard at work doing things that should be done. Not as many as when I was younger that's for sure. Great job five stars.“

“Usually dont even leave reviews but their oven baked cheesy alfredo and buffalo chicken melt was BOMB🔥 well cooked and hot man one of the first times i felt glad after spending my money and the food actually turned out to be better than expected!! definitely got my moneys worth! 5 star for sure“

“Absolutely love Pizza Hut ever since I was a kid but since I don’t work there any more the store manager is holding a petty grudge against me so they won’t answer my phone and they always send door dash not professional at all but I guess that’s to be expected from Courtney and she gets away with it because she’s sleeping with her boss“

“Love this location.The food was delicious and hot. Fresh dough it was brown to perfection the way I like my crust. The staff is very friendly and the manager Tracey was so helpful with the special deals they have. She got me together and I love the deal she presented to me. Love the hospitality. Great job guys! “This Pizza hut is servicable enough, there's generally nothing you have to worry about and the pizza's good. Like, it's pizza, pizza is almost always good. Pan crust pizza for best results if you ask me, stuffed is fine too.
Aside from that, I personally like the pastas, and the boneless wings (IF you can get a good deal on them through the app, and IF you can get the app to work, god help you).“

“My visit to Pizza Hut on Broadway was absolutely wonderful! The staff here are truly magnificent. They were incredibly helpful and kind, and their positive attitude made the entire experience great.
The restaurant was very clean, which I always appreciate, and the pizza was fantastic. It was a perfect, delicious meal.

“I've been to a lot of Pizza Hut locations in my day and this one is second to none! I always order extra sauce and this place delivers. Sometimes I even think I get extra toppings. The cheese always goes all the way to the crust and I never have any bubbles. The employees are absolutely crushing it here. Plus the staff is always super friendly to me. Best location you can find in Louisville for sure!“

“customer service was amazing. The manager in charge, Telesha, was a perfect example of somebody doing their job perfectly and going above and beyond to make their customers feel appreciated. “Pizza Hut Papa John's Domino's sometimes they seem all the same to me but if you're in a hurry and you're hungry and you want some pizza and you don't want to go through all of us and spend a lot of money then I suggest you call in takeout order from Pizza Express and pick it up yourself it'll save you some money and they usually have some good specials going on“

“From the Pizza Hut app I had place my order. I got an email soon after with a 15-minute window. I walked in within that time window, and to my surprised 😮 it was ready. When I walked in, I was greeted with a smile, and soon after, I had my pizza box in my hands. As I opened the box, the pizza 🍕 was perfection 👌. I would recommend coming here for the customer service.“
