They didn't give me an apology or any kind of solution. So I take the wrong pizza or wait 40 minutes for a new one to be made and then my other pizza would be cold. But truly they didn't offer any solutions, NONE.“

“Pizza Hut os one of the best pizza restaurants in Louisville. I have eaten Pizza Hut pizza since before places started delivery. I don't know who or when the delivery for any places in louisville, but I do know that I ordered a Lion's share of it from Pizza Hut from the time it started until now. Pizza Hut remains one of my favorite choices for pizza if not the favorite of all time. This particular Pizza Hut, the one on Shelbyville Road and St Matthews area near Trinity High School, is the second Pizza Hut that I delivered for when I was younger. This was also a delivery pickup, but this one was a DOORDASH DELIVERY PICK UP. Pickup was efficient and was as quick as I could walk to the counter. Precise, correct, and out the door into the customer in less time than expected or necessary to fulfill being on an time delivery. Staff was nice and pleasant but working hard, and not too many places I walk into all employees are hard at work doing things that should be done. Not as many as when I was younger that's for sure. Great job five stars.“

“A doordasher stole my pizza tonight and pretended to deliver it to me. It was 50.00 dollars so I was so so disappointed and upset. The nice lady (forgot her name already, I'm sorry) answering phones and GM were deeply apologetic and so so nice to my husband and me about it when it wasn't their fault, at all. They immediately offered to make it right with me by remaking the pizza for us which I am so grateful. it was a really awesome experience.The pizza was made was on point too! “New Yorker was very good. My order was accurate. This is saying a lot with service nowadays. 50% of the time and I'm not exaggerating, the order is wrong from a restaurant or fast food service. But Pizza Hut did do very good the young man was very good with customer service who waited on me. The order was ready when I arrived.“

Delivery $5.99, was earlier than estimated. Food was prepared carefully and was still hot when it arrived. Was more than two people could eat, but we snacked throughout the football game. Easy-peasy ordering experience--which it would have come with napkins and utensils.“

“I had an issue with an order never showing up. I came into the store today for a replacement order and the managers made it more than right. I was really upset and by the end of our conversation both managers hugged me and showed real concern for my family and our experience. I’ll definitely be back again!“
