“Some of the 1 star reviews say they blasted rap music with racial slurs. They did not!! THATS A STAR 1/5. I ordered the chicken cantina bowl and it was fire!!!!! THATS A ⭐!! 2/5. The avocado salsa Verde was a ten out of ten !!! THATS A STAR ⭐!! 3/5. we ordered no drinks but when we walked in they said you need some drinks and gave us free drinks!!! THATS A STAR ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!! 4/5. Some of the reviews say the service was terrible and rude and the orders were wrong. Not only were our orders correct but the service was great !!! THATS A STAR ⭐!!!! 5/5 this place was incredible and not like the reviews would recommend 11/10 if I could give it a 6/5 I would :)“
“I live between two taco bells and always choose this one because their food seems to be fresher and the portions are larger. Nacho fries are the best, and the difference in how many you get in a large box from one taco bell compared to the other is night and day.“
“Surprisingly fast service for a taco bell location. Really friendly staff store was spotless wait times were really low. Order actually had everything in it which is a first from any location I've been to here in Louisville. All in all love everything about my experience with this location .“
“Another day, another Taco Bell. I'm actually eating here, right now.
I ordered a Chilli Cheese burrito and a Pinto bowl, and I have to say of all the fare on Taco Bells menu, this has to be the better option.
The Burrito is well stuffed and flavorful, and also isn't greasy. Above all else, it's cheap.
The Pinto bowl is also flavorful, the refried beans are smooth and not chunky and the whole bowl tastes good.
Although the staff are eager to serve with smiling faces and got my order correct, some of the tables here could stand to be bussed and cleaned off. But the place isn't filthy or anything.
Overall, definitely a good location to get your taco fix, or if you're like me and a fan of the Bell.“
“Hands down the best Taco Bell we ever been to. The lady at the front counter had such a professional attitude. We assume she the manager but she was on the move so much we were not sure. The food was very good and actually looked like what was on the menu. Not flat and missing beef or other ingredients. And clean, very clean. Even the restrooms were nice. I am use to holding my breath in public restrooms, but no need here. This place deserves major props. They appear to take pride in their work. Awesome job folks, next time we head through Louisville we will go out of our way to stop at your restaurant.“
“Best Taco Bell I've had in a while. The one closer to me always has stale tortillas, doesn't put nacho cheese on items that get it, and is just not great. I went to this one and it was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious! The staff was also super nice!
Vegetarian options: Taco Bell is the best fast food for vegetarians! You can sub black or refried beans for pretty much any dish!“
“I just HAD to write a review bc today my fiancé and I went into here for lunch short on time and let me tell you BRE was AMAZING!!! She is literally the most down to earth and nicest person I've encountered at a fast food establishment! I can't wait to come back and see her , today she was at the valley station location but she works greenwood too!!! She makes it so nice and easy!“

“The young lady that was working drive threw was fantastic an super sweet!!! My daughter's liked her hair so they interacted for a few an she was super patient since we changed our order like three times ugh but anyways my first time at the Taco Bell but won't be my last. “Very peaceful.in side in the evening. We had 4 kiddos got a 12p pack of tacos for them husband got his normal,wishing they would come back with meximelt!!! Although a young woman said she can still make it and told me anytime I'd like it tell them cheese roll up and beef and peco sauce, bam I love this place, also had a dragon fruit slush there couple days ago. I am so disappointed that you opted out of breakfast. It was the main reason I went here. Now I have to take my money and go elsewhere for my breakfast....but it won't be as good. I always had super hot food in the morning.“
“Always use drive-thru. Whoever owns/manages the two taco bells on New Cut Road hires terrific staff. Always nice and friendly. Gets order out fast. They still give a senior discount on drinks!!! The food is, well, it's Taco Bell. What else can you say. I like it.“
“Our cashier, Michael S., gave us the best customer service from the time we placed our order at the drive-thru and all the way through the process. It was close to Midnight a couple days before Christmas and he was professional, courteous, fun, and got us on our way quickly.
We wish more places had associates like this in the retail/food industry. He is a huge asset to your business. And the food was hot, fresh, and correct as well.“
“A young lady by the name of Mesha greeted me and my family the other day at our table while we were dining she asked us was our food ok and how was our day so far you don't see that now days the environment was bubbly from the time we got there until we were done eating.

“Was craving Taco Bell after a long day at a convention. Stopped by here and wow it was the cleanest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Food was absolutely amazing and order was correct (hard to get it right with my tomato allergy) staff was very nice too!“

“Hello, how are you? I have visited some Taco Bells but as such I suggest this one specifically. They work very hard to make the customer return again and again and the service at the window works very hard to ensure that their customers leave satisfied. Visit this place again. Whatever you want I guarantee it“

“This is just a taco bell all by itself now. Pretty good, I'm pretty sure they've gotten my food right every single time except for 1 and its always hot and well prepared. Not too busy so you can actually eat and hang out inside if you want.“

“Probably the best meal I've ever had at Taco Bell. I stopped by for a quick lunch on Valentine's Day, and the ladies behind the counter were all dressed up in festive attire. They were laughing and having fun, but also working hard. My food came out quickly and was very warm. The portion sizes were also better than the other Taco Bells that try to short you. Keep it up!“
