“I had to wait a few minutes because I wanted a chicken salad for lunch later on. However, I didn't mind because the salad was fresh and satisfying as was my mom's sandwich. Staff member had a wonderful attitude and was easy to work with.“
“I do not know how to get a hold of anyone about McDonald’s in Monticello ky. But I went there the other day and got my food everything was dumped in the bag not wrapped at all, lettuce all over everything. And when I asked for a manager a little authentic girl came to the window and was very rude and said what do you want and I told her our food was all dumped and nothing wrapped 3 sandwich’s and also two regular cheeseburgers not wrapped at all either and fries half raw and cold. Dumped in the bag. Another lady came to the window and said we can’t take it back I said I would like my food hot and wrapped and not thrower in the bag. Or money back. They both insisted we don’t do refunds!!!! She grabbed my bag with a yank and didn’t do anything but rewrap the sandwiches with no topping on it now. And I did get warm fries. I am tired of going to McDonald’s in Monticello and waiting for either 10 minutes along with 5or more waiting also and getting raw fries and sandwiches not wrapped at all. I told them I was going to report it or get. Hold of Chris Coffeey and this ok not a problem go ahead. Just fed up. I DO NOT recommend Monticello McDonald’s at all!! Thanks Tina Cook“
“We arrived around 4pm there was only a couple cars in the lot and I think they were employee cars. The lot was large and made parking with a trailer easy. Overall the place was decently clean on arrival. We went to the Restrooms to wash up and the toilets was decent but not as clean as I like to see. The sink was clean, soap and paper towels were in supply. We were promptly greeted up front and the young lady was fast, accurate and curtious. There appeared to be two employees on break at the time, but service was still prompt complete and accurate. Again the young lady thanked us as she handed us our food and we left. Overall a great experience. The food was hot and fresh and made as we ordered it.Kid-friendliness: My son loves the chicken strips and gravy. And of course the sweet treats. Dq is always his first pick in fast food.Parking: Very large lot for a fast food place. Easy to navigate a trailer or RV. Plenty of parking even for large vehicles.“
“Was greated immediately upon pulling up to a speaker and menu. My order was taken as soon as i was ready. Althought i had to repeat it many times it was taken and made correctly. My experience ending with my food being served in a timelyy manner.“
“Love their jarshakes they are amazing The sounds of the storm door close behind you and the creaking of the floor beneath your feet takes you back in time to when times was more simple I remember going to a place just like Forbus General Store when I was a kid with my grandparents so when I visited it took me back oh the memories“
“Banana split was awesome!! I had a chili dog as well, it's kinda hard to mess that up. My wife had a cheeseburger and she was happy.I was really pleased to see that they allowed an elderly group to play a couple games of cards after they eat on Sunday afternoon, those folks were having a good time. I suspect this is a great social spot in this rural community, we could use more of them, IMHO.“
