“I do not know how to get a hold of anyone about McDonald’s in Monticello ky. But I went there the other day and got my food everything was dumped in the bag not wrapped at all, lettuce all over everything. And when I asked for a manager a little authentic girl came to the window and was very rude and said what do you want and I told her our food was all dumped and nothing wrapped 3 sandwich’s and also two regular cheeseburgers not wrapped at all either and fries half raw and cold. Dumped in the bag. Another lady came to the window and said we can’t take it back I said I would like my food hot and wrapped and not thrower in the bag. Or money back. They both insisted we don’t do refunds!!!! She grabbed my bag with a yank and didn’t do anything but rewrap the sandwiches with no topping on it now. And I did get warm fries. I am tired of going to McDonald’s in Monticello and waiting for either 10 minutes along with 5or more waiting also and getting raw fries and sandwiches not wrapped at all. I told them I was going to report it or get. Hold of Chris Coffeey and this ok not a problem go ahead. Just fed up. I DO NOT recommend Monticello McDonald’s at all!! Thanks Tina Cook“
