“Make Dovies a Bucket list place for a great and a bit unusual Cheese Burger. It's been open since 1938. We watched 60 1/3 lb. Beef patties being cooked in three flattop custom made gas griddles just 6 to 8 feet from our seats. Nothing fancy at all but delicious and simple. It's out of the way but out of this world good.“
