Terrible service 12/4/2025 called my order in st 3 PM. Large order arrived at my requested time of pickup and was told no biscuits are available and would give me a $10 credit. KFC Alexandria pathetic family portions and outrageous cost will never take my money again. $98💸💸💸
The food was delicious. The place was clean. Great staff. The music and comfortable temp in the dining room were perfect. One of the best KFC’s that I’ve been to. I’ll definitely be back soon. Definitely the best fast food in Alexandria
just got two 3 piece combos in Alexandria. The WORST chicken I have ever eating. Greasy and not done. The order was wrong and I had to go to remedy. I ordered two 3 piece combo. 1 white extra crispy and 1 dark original. was given two 2 piece combo both original.
will never get chicken from here again!! $17.00 in the garbage can!!!!
