Alexandria location last week. Most of the staff were in a car smoking when we pulled up to the drive-thru. A larger man, peered around the corner of the building and started taking my order, while he was still outside. My food was shoved at me with no "Thanks" or "Have a good night." Well when your in a rush for a pizza you can't beat the hot and ready pizza. The only thing you have to worry about is how fresh it really is. Mine was fresh but the hot and ready crazy bread wasn't very fresh.
Best service you can ask for. Was having a frustrating day, ran behind schedule and ordered pizza for my team to celebrate a good week. Was so excited to see the Pretzel crust pizza back and sent in my order. Gleefully grabbed a slice and brought it back. Amazingly done, fresh and hot even after a 30 minute drive.
