Our server, Shanice, was amazing but I was soooo disappointed that They don’t have chips and pickle spears. We also wanted the appetizer sampler and it was discontinued.
We love the food. It's delicious every time. But the customer service is continually awful. Bartender rolled her eyes at me when we asked for them to turn down the music on a weekday at lunch. I have sensory issues. Today we ordered a pizza to go and no one seemed to be able to help my husband or take payment. They will stand there knowing good and well you're waiting to be seated or waiting to pick up food and just not even acknowledge your existence.
I ordered a to go order on 2/3/25 and the sweet potato fries were burnt. Very disappointed when I got home as I paid an up charge for them to be added as a side.
