KFC in Ashland

“I was released from the hospital late yesterday evening and was hungry. Some KFC sounded good. The only problem was we got there at 9:57 and they closed at 10:00, so we knew the pickings would be slim.

They just happened to have exactly what my wife wanted and all I was going to eat were side meals. They hooked us up and made me a nice meal. Even showing up that close to closing, the workers weren't angry. They were quite polite considering what time it was.

Management and even Corporate should be told about their professionalism. They deserve a raise.“

“Between THIS Taco Bell/KFC location and the Russell Taco Bell location, they're HANDS DOWN the only two Taco Bells in the Ashland area that consistently put out a great product, great customer service and a clean place each and every time. They are friendly and efficient-- definitely paying attention to their customer satisfaction. It's a hybrid location with KFC... which makes the whole family easily satisfied. My only question would be why they dont accept the app there (and why they have a mobile order pickup set up if I can't find it on the app-- is that KFC ONLY????) Otherwise we love it.“

“I absolutely love Kentucky Fried Chicken and I am from Kentucky, LOL! I always buy a breast and a leg meal with their awesome coleslaw and the same goes for their mashed potatoes and gravy! I would write it with five stars but I have always thought that chicken is a very affordable meat but KFC sure charges high prices, but this was even before the pandemic! I loved there dessert parfaits that were chocolate with a chrome bottom and a little white whipped cream on top and naturally the chocolate parfait in the middle and they had one that was strawberry parfait but they completely did away with that and it was always very, very good but places always seem to change something that is very good to put something that is cheaper in its place!!!“
