Idk if this is the right McDonald's but I just visited the one off 64 in Ashland and was served by Spencer. He was great! He had so much patience with me, as I was extremely indecisive and slap happy due to having been in the car for the last 9 hours of my life. He even adjusted my order for me last minute since I realized I didn't order fries. Great service! Shout out to spencer, you're the real mvp.
Fast mcdonalds with a gas station right beside it, can't beat that. Racers also has vapes.
Good luck on getting the correct order or all your items you ordered. This place RARELY gets my order right. The only reason I gave the service 5 stars is because of the elderly lady working the window who takes the orders is great.

Overall, McDonald's could benefit from more attention to detail and pride in their work. The restaurant is very kid-friendly, with meals like chicken nuggets and special options such as salads that can be customized, for example, a Big Mac without meat. Parking is plentiful and free, making it easy for customers to find a spot, and wheelchair accessibility is always available. Many visitors note that the place is more of a stop-and-go spot than it used to be, but they continue to enjoy the friendly staff, good parking, and the food, which is often described as satisfying despite some feeling that portions are small and prices are high. The restaurant is well-suited for families and travelers passing through, with a welcoming environment for children and accessibility for all.
