Since the New GM took over you can tell the difference in the food and service. its top level!
The food was cold tasted like it has been setting for hours and all they did was just warm barley
Ever since this particular Sbarro started using the mini turbo chef conveyor oven, it's not been as good. It used to be NY thin with a bit of crisp. Now the crust is a 1/4 inch thick, floppy, and messy.
