My Mom bought 6 Cream Horns today, after waiting for me to get out of surgery.
They were "DRY", Barely any Cream-Fill, and NO Sugar crystals on top! GROSS!!🤮🤢 For the price charged...NOT Worth It!!!!
Bakery items are not fresh. I was in the store about two weeks ago, and purchased 2 cream horns. I happened to ask how fresh the cupcakes were…the Italian crème used to be my favorite. I was told they were more than 4 days old. When I bit into the cream horns, I couldn’t even break the shell it was hard and stale. And let’s not even talk about the filling. Grabbed 2 cupcakes when I ran in for something else. literally the driest cupcakes ive ever eaten. the icing on both were even stale, not sure how icing goes stale? called to say was bringing back for refund and was told no one there had authority to give refund would have to wait till next day and call in the morning? almost $9 for 2 inedible cupcakes. Will not be back.
