The atmosphere is great, with a country twist, and the service is top-notch, with attentive wait staff and management working together seamlessly. The food is exceptional, with standouts like the "pepperoni rolls" - a delicious French-Italian fusion - and the blackened salmon, which impresses with its texture, taste, and generous portion size. The build-your-own burger is also a hit. The chef even comes out to talk about the meal. This hidden gem is nestled in a cozy nook of Ashland. The fresh farm to table food was just what was wanted. The check was surprisingly low for such fresh food and a beautiful atmosphere. Really cool indoors with a nice patio. There is a bookstore and a bar. The bookstore itself is beautiful and surprisingly expansive. They have an eclectic and encompassing selection with cozy places to sit and sample your read. Not to mention you can read, eat, and drink at the same time. The Lobster Eggs Benedict and truffle fries are phenomenal. With a large, friendly environment and excellent staff, The Mill AKY is a gem in Ashland, perfect for large parties and foodies alike.
