Had reservations for 3 weeks and we showed up to be told we couldn’t be seated for over 2 hours. The system crashed. So after planning our special night 3 weeks in advanced we ended up with chic filet drive through. Thanks to the The Winchester for ruining our Valentine’s Day dinner.
Loved the Winchester until now! My Birthday dinner was a total let down due to poor service and the laxadaisical attitude from the staff. My fav thing is my bourbon slushie cocktails. My husband ordered my Juror before I arrived at the table. What I received was a glass of orange drink on ice and there was not an extra shot to pour at the table. I assumed it was the wrong drink. When I pointed the problem out to my server by saying “This is not a slushie” I got a shrug....read full review
