I had not eaten LJS in many years so wanted to try it again. There was nothing priced comparably to other restaurants. I figured at least the chicken planks would be cheaper. I got the two piece fish meal and was so greasy I had to sop it up with a napkin to make it palatable. I know this is typical because I remember as a kid eating more chicken than fish at LJS because the fish upset my stomach. I see no reason to go back. The food was good and a decent portion! My only problem was they had me pull around and wait on the side, even though there was no one behind me in the line. It was served hot/ taste decent ,and aside from pulling around I have no other complains. I was honestly iffy about dining here due to the reviews but overall had a decent experience.
I like Long John Silver's it's always been a favorite of mine.. I have to say I'm at a lost for word with this particular one. They have good food, service and is a clean place. So why is it that they don't get as much business anymore? It is sad to see such a place go down when it is a good place..
