Very disappointed. We wanted to try a new place so we thought our food would be fresh and hot. The fries were cooked so hard you couldn't bite into them. The chicken you couldn't pull apart to eat. The best thing was the hush puppies but you could squeeze the grease out of them. The only way we will be back is if the food is actually freshly cooked.

How does an A&W run out of root beer? Odder yet this is the second time this facility didn't have root beer when I ordered.

Very very disappointed. I ordered a Coney Dog Combo and it was gross. I literally only took one bite and decided I was done. You could tell it wasn't fresh and the waffle fries definitely weren't either. As far as service, you could tell everyone working could care less. I also got tea which was date and timed for today at 8pm which is fine but I can tell they just changed the sticker they did not make fresh tea when they put that sticker on. Tea is good for 8 hours meaning it should have been made fresh at 12. I ordered at 1230 and could tell from taste it had been sitting for more than 30 minutes. Honestly I'm not surprised though after seeing their health department score. How do you get a 92 on a FOLLOW UP. That tells me you failed the first time and yet you still didn't fix a lot if you still ended with a 92. A 92 may be green but it is not a good score. I will not be coming back here. I will start going to sonic when I want a chili dog.

Restroom was quite dirty. Needs a serious deep cleaning...walls, toilet, floor. Supposedly it gets checked every 30 min but you couldn't tell it. Dining area needed cleaning help as well. I can only imagine what the food quality and kitchen is like! 🙏ing we don't get sick! Food portions are very generous and if you like deep fried and breaded food, definitely check it out!

Went to order at the drive thru. First thing out of her rude mouth. What do you want. Started my order for kids had to stop multiple time and repeat it 2 to 3 times. When she started cussing over the speaker is when i drove off. 2 cars that was behind me droff off also. She needs fired
