Fazoli's Reviews
nearly everything I ordered wasn't right. it was horrible and part of what I ordered online wasn't available and no refund could be issued. I submitted a complaint and can't wait to share photos once there is a response being no one would answer the store phone.
***I would like to edit this to say I have been, in a very timely manner, contacted by general management, and we look forward to a great experience in the future.
Very friendly staff and great food!
Love these ladies so wonderful with pleasant smiles
Fazoli's offers amazing service with friendly and helpful staff. The food, like chicken carbonara and Fettuccine Alfredo, is served hot and delicious. There are no dine-in menus, so customers should come in knowing what they want. They provide a variety of vegetarian options and cater well to dietary restrictions, including extra chicken upon request. The restaurant has a kid-friendly atmosphere, with children’s size servings that are great for grandchildren, and discounts for children and seniors. Fazoli's is easy to park at and has good wheelchair accessibility. The young people who work there are always polite, smiling, and respectful, treating children like honored guests. It makes for a great dining option for families, who enjoy the delicious food and great breadsticks, as well as the festive decorations for different holidays.
