We were disappointed that your signature buttermilk fried chicken sandwich was not on the menu when we visited. Service and drinks were excellent! Wil did a fantastic job serving us! Drinks were great.
food was very good and so were the cocktails. Unfortunately, we got a less than adequate server which limited the experience. I do not blame her as I do the management for putting her out on the floor without being properly trained. She had extremely limited knowledge of the food that they served, how to properly take an order and how to deliver food to the table. All the skills she lacked or basic common sense protocols, and food service.
Great tour and of course, great bourbon!
