The new manager, Melissa, was on it. She was absolutely fantastic and has made some really incredible improvements with service, quality, and timing. Will be coming back.
Service was bad. Wrong refills, wrong food, did not clear table throughout visit. Had to struggle to make room to eat.

Not sure what was going on but it was wild. They weren't overly busy but we had to wait on glasses for drinks. Ordered appetizers and they were awesome. Ordered our food and when it finally came out most of it looked and tasted like it had been sitting under a heating lamp for 10+ minutes but didn't find out right away because after it got to us we had to ask and then wait for silverware to be cleaned and brought out.

Ad lunch. A burger don’t want bread so they deconstructed my food as I’m a savage. Ordered a margarita no alcohol was in it not to me the server was Elisha not very friendly and been there hundreds of times no more

The food was cold. We got the triple Dipper and it was like I cooked it in my stove and let it sit for 5-10 mins .
Now the server Jaylnn was amazing and so was the dragon fruit lemonade she made she is the sole reason this is a 3 star review. She was polite friendly and even had a few jokes and helpful recommendations.

Should have left when we're first arrived and they said 30 min wait. The restraunt only had maybe 20 people in it. Most tables were empty. Then finally got seated and the girl ask for drink order. We both wanted tea. Sorry we don't have tea our machine is broken, never even knew it came from a machine. So then I order a salad. What kind of dressing, oh we are out of that. I order the Cajon pasta with shrimp. It had absolutely no seasoning and there is no salt or pepper on the table. So after 10 mins waiting for our server to come around to get salt and pepper the food was cold. I used to like chili's but this experience was terrible. I don't think they had enough staff

Ah, Chili’s the gastronomical coliseum of casual dining, the siren song of molten skillet queso and ambiguous Americana. With hearts full of hope and bellies primed for sodium, our fellowship of six embarked upon this noble Sunday night quest… only to discover we had stumbled not into the cozy, neon-drenched Chili’s of TikTok fame, but rather, into its modern, minimalist cousin sleek, sterile, and heartbreakingly un-chili-fied. Let us address the unequivocal gem of the evening: our waitress. A paragon of professionalism, she navigated the chaos of being short-staffed like a seasoned gladiator, wielding menus like shields and Diet Cokes like swords. We loved her with the kind of pure adoration usually reserved for fictional characters or competent TSA agents. Were it not for her valiant service, this review might have plunged into the two-star abyss. However, my dear reader, tragedy struck. Some of our food once promising morsels of hope arrived like forgotten campfire sacrifices, burnt to a crisp and radiating the sorrow of overcooked dreams. The fajitas crackled not with delight, but with existential despair. The fries whispered of betrayal. Still, we persevered. For we are not easily deterred, and we recognized the weight of the moment a Sunday night, short-staffed, and yet the team soldiered on. To that, we raise our (lukewarm) water glasses in respect. In summary: three stars for the valiant server, the survival of the group, and the mere fact that Chili’s still exists in this economy. Points deducted for culinary incineration and an atmosphere that screamed “corporate office lobby” instead of “mid-2000s family chaos.” Chili’s, we love you. But next time, give us the chaos. Give us the TikTok dream. And maybe… don’t burn the chicken.

The seating and waiting was horrible. But not for the reasons you may think. We got there and first we were told that we would seated immediately but then told it would be 15-20 minutes. Which the wait was longer. The crazy part was people that were seated after us including one person that was seated at the table right next to us all got thier food before my party. Keep in mind we only ordered 2 kids meals and I ordered a hamburger. We waited almost an hour if you combine the wait time for seating and waiting time for the food. That was my only qualm. My waitress was efficient and kind (no issues there).
