We sat at bar & was ingored for most of the time.

We stood up front for a while, but then finally got seated. So far, we have been sitting at our table for 23 minutes. Not a single person has come and even spoke to us. At this point, I just wanted to see how long it will go.....

Ok, so now it's been 37 minutes, I decided to walk around and count the tables that have people sitting at them. There are only 4 tables and 1 guy at the bar.

Ok, so I have added to this review 3 times.
By the end of this experience, all I can say is that with the quality of people who work here, I truly feel sorry for the manager at this location. I have never seen so many, sorry excuses for humans in my life. It was like going to Walmart after the first of the month when everyone get their welfare.

90 minutes for a single fajita. Servers gone for 30 min at a time. Left off sides, wrong appetizer served. Horrible experience

Food was delicious, there was a 45 minute wait, our server forgot multiple things. A check was never brought to us. It was a good place to eat just service was super slow.

Service was slow. they served one person at a table of 3, then 15 min later, my food and the other guys food showed up. I would say it's the waitress's fault, but the food runner really screwed up. Besides, this is the 3rd time eating at this place, I will say the third time is the charm, and I will not be back. 45 min wait on food that was bad too they were not busy at all.

Love the children's dishes, just the right size. Grandchildren also want to go back. Also, have discounts for seniors, too! The food is really good. I love the bread slicks.

Food: Cold, greasy, and the boneless wings are chicken nuggets.

Service: Slow even though it was not busy and there was plenty of staff. Our waitress actually decided to eat with other coworkers at the table next to us instead of providing basic service. Most of the staff, except the bartender(Dillon?) were unprofessional.

Atmosphere: The few people around us must have had a similar experience because they seemed agitated. The other table next to us had their order wrong.

Veterans Day: I read online and called ahead to check if Veterans get a free meal. They said yes. When we went to pay they would not give it to me when I asked about it. All I got was a $1 off my bill. Happy Veterans Day, not that they said that to me. I felt betrayed to say the least.

What is up with this Chilis? Like other recent reviews, I also had a poor experience. Arrived to a half empty restaurant, only a couple tables taken on the right, no one at the bar, half a dozen or so tables on the left. Host station empty. Stood there a couple minutes before a young kid arrived and mumbled that the table wait would be 15 minutes. For what!? There were more empty tables than not! We waited a little bit and ended up leaving, never got seated.

Went around the corner to Cracker Barrel instead, got seated right away. Fifteen minutes later we’re already halfway through our salads when the couple who was behind us at Chilis walked in too. Y’all got a problem at this Chilis.
