Ordered a steak, and while I understand it’s Chilis and not Ruth’s Chris, it looks absolutely inedible. I’m honestly afraid to even try it. It looks boiled or microwaved and then slapped on a griddle for some color. Cutting into it it’s definitely cooked rare, not medium rare. Normally that wouldn’t bother me, but not gonna eat a raw steak that looks like they defrosted it and microwaved it. Would not recommend ordering from here. Tbh would like my money back since I now have to get dinner somewhere else

We had a young inexperienced waitress, very forgetful to much time between getting items we asked for. Orders weren't correct, some weren't even warm when brought to the most items weren't ever corrected(forgetfulness). Ribs I had were very tough, dry and overcooked. Tried to get manager to our table to discuss issues but she never came, ignored our gesture an just took the rib dinner off the bill. Very disappointed with our dinner.

I wish I could put a 0 every time I go there for a simple take out I got problems they take forever the foods never right now they trying to make someone sick selling raw burgers well pink inside when I asked for well done they don't offer you anything for you wasted time took me an hour to get my food after they had to make it twice tried to give me old messed up burger with new nun this place sucks at least after I had to tell them to make me happy like a piece of pie or something theanger did do that for maybe there to young to know you should offer something after a disaster order like I had started out at 447 didn't get food till 630

I went here with my wife, my parents, and my in laws before a bourbon tour. We were a little pressed for time and a little worried we might be late. We let our waiter Clint know of our situation and he was phenomenal. He took our order quickly and efficiently, brought the food out fast, and brought us drink refills before we asked. Clint was outstanding, nice, and very friendly. The food was also really good and reasonably priced. The rest of the stuff was also very friendly. This was definitely a solid spot to eat in Bardstown and I highly recommend it. Aslo ask to sit in Clint's section

If you want to stand around for lunch at 2pm great place to go. You'll stand at the door with a dozen other random people and just wait because no one is working the front and it doesn't look much different for the whole building. No bartender and only one waitress delivering food. On a poster note the other guest waiting seem nice so you might stand around long enough to make some new friends.

My husband and I only ordered water and 2 appetizers. It took an hour to get our food when others after us were getting their appetizers and meals. Our server never checked on us and only asked us for more water after we got our food and didn't bring more water until we were leaving. We came to Bardstown for Boones Butcher shop and bc we had to wait so long, they closed before we got there. The food was really good, though.
Friendly staff and friendly staff even for customers who do not understand what is being saidDelicious steak cooked almost to medium rare.And a gorgeous platter.A common family restaurant in the U.S. where prices have risen significantly but the food is always above average.Visual is visual.If it tastes good, it tastes good.There aren't many places that do Medium rare well.The outside was thoroughly cooked using a grill heated to high heat.It is cooked so well that when you cut it with a knife, the meat juices come out.The ribs our group ordered were said to be soft.All meats are cooked properly and have a good texture.However, the quality of the meat is a bit low.It seems like cooking is used to cover this up.An older waitress accompanied by a pretty young waitress who appeared to have just arrived provided excellent service.Instead, the tip rate, which has risen a lot over the past few years, is murderous.If you like beerIn this house, there is a beer ranking on the blackboard.Must try 1st to 3rd placeMuch better than expected

I've worked there recently and in the first week my grandma passed away and when I returned to work my things that I had left been taken i asked the supervisor an all she could say was its gone we have jacket theifs when i was clearly told no one is aloud in the office without a supervisor present so how does the supervisor not know where my stuff went all I can say is I'm very upset with the chillies team not thinking and taking peoples things. And I'm on week 4 and I still haven't been paid for the days I worked

Waitress forgot several items. The chips that come with queso and salsa were terrible. Chewy. One of the meals was supposed to come with fries. We got them when meal was over. Food was lukewarm. For the price we paid we Will not be returning.
