Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Didn't get the side I ordered but was told that was what they had on there screen and didn't get utensils or condiments with take out order. Instead of taking care of my disatisfaction, they argued with me. I've worked customer service and in a restaurant for years, it's never ok for a customer to walk out on a bad note when it could have been was a simple fix. Definitely will not be back, food wasn't bad but the lack of customer service ruined it for myself and my other half.

I ordered chicken tenders and fried okra and fries. The only thing that was hot was the okra. The tenders were cold and fatty. Couldn't even chew them. The fries were cold too. I bit into a cornbread muffin and spit it out. It was disgusting. I will not be going back to this establishment for a very long time.

Came for breakfast. Food arrived cold, not even lukewarm, cold. Your new bacon pales in comparison to your old. The new link sausage is mediocre and you got rid of your turkey sausage patties. Won’t be back anytime soon.
