This may have been the worst meal I have ever eaten. Bardstown Cracker Barell is never been that good but this was the pits and the service was horrible.

I love going to this Cracker Barrel especially when I am too tired after Medical School to cook. I love that they serve real food at a great price. The place is always clean, the store always has the best stuff, and they have great staff like the young man Adam who helped my husband and I the on our Anniversary. Cracker Barrel is a wonderful family favorite for all ages with something everyone will love!

I ordered a prime rib dinner for 6. The pickup was very confusing, the staff was rude, and the prime rib was very fatty. I was very disappointed.

Overall the service from this establishment is great. However, a couple of days ago it wasn't so great. Had a very rude server who rushed my wife and me with our order and drinks. We weren't even at our table for 2 minutes tops and it was almost as if she didn't want to do her job. Hardly have time to go over our options for drinks and food. Before we were asked in a very unpleasant manner for our drinks and food order. Didn't even ask us how our food was or offer refills on our drinks. Not sure if we will be back or not.
