Came for breakfast. Food arrived cold, not even lukewarm, cold. Your new bacon pales in comparison to your old. The new link sausage is mediocre and you got rid of your turkey sausage patties. Won’t be back anytime soon.
Everyone is always nice at the Bardstown location, but the quantity and quality of the food has gone down. The last 2 times we went to this location they were out of what we ordered, which is frustrating. It's just not worth the money anymore. I can go somewhere else and get a better meal for the same price or cheaper.
All-in-all, food was good though it always seem to be cool rather than hot, freshly made. Makes me wonder if they leave things sitting on a plate while they do something else. Even my scrambled eggs were lukewarm and not hot. That definitely needs to improve.
