I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

Ordered 40 min in advance. got there checked in and waited 20 min. Then walked in couldn't find help finally yelled at guy for help(they were dead). Got order and it was bonelees(I ordered bone in)

This was our first time in Fazolis and it did not disappoint. The food was hot and fresh and tasted good. Portion sizes were perfect and the bread sticks were great!

Wasted my whole lunch break waiting for my pickup order that was never cooked and received attitude and pushback when I ask for a refund instead of waiting past my lunchbreak for them to cook it after the fact not impresses and won't be going back

My husband, my boys and myself went through the drive through last night. We ordered boneless chicken, baked lasagna, 2 pieces of pepperoni pizza, bread sticks and the pepperoni pizza bread sticks. We waited in front of the building for our food, which I don’t mind. What we did mind was the food poisoning that set in last night. Not only does my husband have to miss a day of work (which takes money away from our household), but I also lost a nights sleep and have to take care of a 3 year old and 9 month old while having food poisoning.

I've ordered here three times one of those three times has it been correct when I called to tell them they just put different sauce on my wings and cooked them a second time they huffed and yelled for the manager who told me to just come back up there and get new ones I live 40 minutes away and didn't come to Bardstown just for wings.
Literally the worst. Everytime I order from here my food is wrong or missing. Ordered an 11 piece boneless wing meal with fries and an 8 piece bone in wing meal with fries along with a cinnamon pie. ONLY received the 11 boneless wings, no fries, no bone in wings, and a chocolate pie instead of cinnamon.
