This was our first time in Fazolis and it did not disappoint. The food was hot and fresh and tasted good. Portion sizes were perfect and the bread sticks were great!

I've ordered here three times one of those three times has it been correct when I called to tell them they just put different sauce on my wings and cooked them a second time they huffed and yelled for the manager who told me to just come back up there and get new ones I live 40 minutes away and didn't come to Bardstown just for wings.

Literally the worst. Everytime I order from here my food is wrong or missing. Ordered an 11 piece boneless wing meal with fries and an 8 piece bone in wing meal with fries along with a cinnamon pie. ONLY received the 11 boneless wings, no fries, no bone in wings, and a chocolate pie instead of cinnamon.

Total shame! We ordered 32 "boneless wings" and they were literally chicken nuggets that you get from Walmart frozen section with a squirt of sauce. How this place is a business is beyond me. $40 meal. What a joke! 0 stars if possible

There's no order ahead of time so I ordered. The 15 to 20 minutes like it said. It's been almost a hour. Chili's/ it's just wings wait times have been ridiculous lately. I won't even be able to eat my lunch now I have to go back to work!
