What an amazing place to stay! The house is gorgeous. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The employees are amazing and friendly. The breakfast was gourmet quality. They even have a quaint bar on the property where you can get an evening cocktail and relax. We felt very welcome and comfortable. The owner even offered to take a pic of my husband and me as we were dressed up and headed to the lunch train down the road. All in all this was a pleasant experience. I stayed at the Bourbon Cottage for a weekend getaway with another couple. I absolutely adored my stay. It was within walking distance to so many fun things. Not to mention, the house was incredibly clean, well decorated, and homey. It feels like what Airbnbs wish they could be.
The only downside to this house is that if you go with another couple, there is only one large bed, and two twin beds (plus a pull out couch, but who wants that?).
