Very nasty inside, staff was more worried about talking to each other to pay attention to customers. Music was wayyy to loud! Definitely not a decent place to eat anymore!

Used app today as had a bogo ahoybogo.

1. The coupon didn't work.
2. When we arrived our order couldn't be found. I showed a worker my email receipt. We had to wait 5-10 minutes for our order.
3. We were not pleased with our food. Cole slaw tasted off, fish was too salty and our overall food tasted bad.

I use several apps for other restaurants in town with no problem. I've deleted the LJS app off my phone.

A loyal customer not happy.

The older woman with brown glasses didnt know what she was doing. Way out of her element. Almost double charged me. Floors so greasy it was a slip hazzard.

I was excited to eat here because we no longer have one where I’m from. I was there at 7:48 pm it appeared to be closed as all the lights were off including the drive thru lights. There was a sign on the door telling us there was an excessive amount of water on the floor, sorry for the inconvenience. Okay no big deal, we tried to go in but the door was locked and I couldn’t hear what the guy was saying. I’m so upset, I wanted Long John Silvers so bad. It states here on Google they don’t close until 8:45pm.

Never had an issue from this place. I called there 8 times in one day and no one answered. I couldn't go back up there bc I was going to watch my grandson and the whole reason was to stop while I was out, the chicken was soggy and the hush puppies were so hard you couldn't even eat them. I understand you get busy but do not answer for 2 days in a row. Changed my whole outlook on this place.

I was not asked if I wanted a drink or condiments. I said thank you when receiving my order and the girl at the drive thru was unfriendly and shut the window before I could at least ask for condiments. I ended up having to go inside to ask. If you hate your job that much that you are unable to be friendly and look like you hate the world, find a different job. I won’t be coming back there next time I’m stopping through for fast food.
