Never had an issue from this place. I called there 8 times in one day and no one answered. I couldn't go back up there bc I was going to watch my grandson and the whole reason was to stop while I was out, the chicken was soggy and the hush puppies were so hard you couldn't even eat them. I understand you get busy but do not answer for 2 days in a row. Changed my whole outlook on this place.

I was not asked if I wanted a drink or condiments. I said thank you when receiving my order and the girl at the drive thru was unfriendly and shut the window before I could at least ask for condiments. I ended up having to go inside to ask. If you hate your job that much that you are unable to be friendly and look like you hate the world, find a different job. I won’t be coming back there next time I’m stopping through for fast food.

I ordered 2 #10 which was 2 fish and 8 shrimp, so I get home 1 meal had 2 fish and 2 shrimp and the other meal had 2 fish and 1 shrimp. The fish was not good and the shrimp was like rubber . What I got was 32.67 and nothing was good.

This location has a health score of 94 posted on the window. However, during my night time visit on today's date 11.17.24 at approximatley 7:15pm est. The kitchen helper was not using gloves while preparing my food. She took a tissue or paper of some sort coughed/sneezed while the container was open. Then, he closed the container. I immediately requested a refund and told her how unsanitary that was. I will not be patronizing this location anymore, here in Bardstown, Kentucky. Thankfully, I was paying attention. Please make sure to utilize caution. I'm not sure if this was just a one-time occurrence of not using gloves, food handling etiquette, or if this is part of the night shift culture. Either way, it's unacceptable.
