Ordered one single breakfast sandwich about 12 minutes before I arrived at store. Checked in on curbside delivery & waited another 11-12 minutes before I had to leave for an appointment. Apparently 23 minutes isn't enough time for this restaurant to get a single breakfast sandwich prepared. Left without my breakfast or my money
Yes, it’s McDonalds I don’t think anyone expects much from there but never have I seen such a poor managed establishment! Most of the staff was incredibly rude they ignored the lobby and were only getting orders to the drive thru and yes I mean literally ignored the lobby and mobile orders for over an hour and then were very rude when people asked if they were going to get there food.
