This is a must visit. The atmosphere is laid back and chill. Conversation is king, and Uncle Spoony, himself, is quite a conversationalist. Get the fried chicken. It is really, really good. I ate green beans, and I don't even like green beans, or at least I thought I didn't.
Down home cooking that’s legit and absolutely incredible. Just walking inside I’m greeted with the same wonderful smells I remember from my own grandmother’s kitchen, and a taste to match in the food that comes out to you. Takes me back and makes me happy every time.The staff are locals, welcoming and friendly. If you want to eat somewhere that truly takes pride in what they do, look no further than Uncle Spoony’s!

We had an amazing surprise birthday party for my husband on November 11th that we held at Uncle Spoony’s. It was the best experience and the MOST AMAZING FOOD EVER! Every single one of my guest raved about how good the food was. Uncle Spoony and his team are the nicest and easiest people to work with. Any event I have in the future they will be doing. I highly recommend them for any of your catering needs!
