Ordered one single breakfast sandwich about 12 minutes before I arrived at store. Checked in on curbside delivery & waited another 11-12 minutes before I had to leave for an appointment. Apparently 23 minutes isn't enough time for this restaurant to get a single breakfast sandwich prepared. Left without my breakfast or my money
Food was good! Waiting for my food was not long. I ordered through the app.
Tasha was a wonderful bright smile on a rough morning. Thank you Tasha! Have a beautiful day.

The McDonald's in this area has seen some positive changes recently. The staff is described as the "best they have ever had," with a great manager leading the team. Customers have noted that the food orders are often accurate, and the popular items like the McFlurry are enjoyed. Although there have been a few minor issues like cold fries or forgotten straws, the overall customer service and food quality are considered good, especially considering the high volume of customers this location serves.
However, some customers have had negative experiences, with complaints about cold food and poor service, even when the restaurant is not busy. There have also been issues with incorrect orders and excessive extras being added to items. Despite these drawbacks, one customer had an excellent drive-thru experience, with the food being fresh and the service efficient, even during a busy period.
The location offers online ordering, delivery options, and curbside pickup, allowing it to efficiently handle the demands of the growing town and its many visitors. While the town could likely support an additional McDonald's, this location is praised for its ability to provide a positive dining experience, with its kid-friendly atmosphere and warm food.
