10:56 am on a Sunday lunch at 11 and your not ready for lunch yet no food made? Former employee of McDonald’s and this is so not even right. I asked if I could order and wait and was told no. I need to drive around. Y’all need some serious training! You should start making lunch at 10:30am so you can transition smoothly.

It's improved lately.2/20/22 - Got my food order right, fries were cold, forgot my straws.2/3/23 - Food was correct, straws and all. I'm somewhat impressed. Did forget the napkins though.

Stopped in today to get a Daily Double. It was around 2 pm. Not a person in the drive thru. When I paid, I was told to pull up and wait. Ok, no big deal. Food will be fresh. Not the case. Fries were cold, and the daily double was a mess and had no tomato, which it's supposed to come with. When I went back in, the manager grabbed my burger, took to the back and threw a tomato on it. Mind you, I'm not sure when he even changed his gloves last and throwing a tomato on an already cold burger didn't work for me. At that point I asked for a refund. The manager, Chris, turned around, threw the burger in a trash can about 4 ft away and is now pissed. I can't say it enough, this McDonalds is a complete disaster and I would recommend Chris get more training before he is able to work w the public!Ended up going to Bardstown Burger and I'm glad I did!!

It's a typical McDonald's. Seemed pretty clean. The food was hot and the service was nice and fast.
Went Saturday got breakfast it was 10:40 am went today at same time not serving breakfast, lady said its only on weekends, most inconsistent restaurant, I've ever been to guess people only eat breakfast on the weekends!!!!!!!!

Placed order at counter for dine in. Waited over 30 minutes for food and never got it. Went to counter and was told a refund could be given and a new order could be placed but I would go to the end of the line. I already had an order, I wasn't waiting another 30 minutes to get food I already had an order for. Worse place ever. No food, no compensation for my time, only an "I'm sorry". Avoid if possible.

This place is horrible! 45 minute wait for food to come out, staff was rude and smelled like pot. Half of them were standing around the entire time. Order was lost and then was told we can redo it but you have to wait until everyone else is served. DO NOT GO HERE!
