I’m very upset with this McDonald’s. I ordered on the app and already paid, pulled up to the store after a 20 min drive only to be told that they are only serving soft drinks. Pretty confused I asked why and they proceeded to tell me they are short staffed. There was no one else in line, and I saw 3 cars parked. Being that it was 2 am and the inside was closed, I’m positive they were all employees. It’s quite obvious that the employees are just lazy bones and want to get paid for doing nothing all night.

I doordashed me & my babies something to eat. They didn’t even put 3 sausage burritos in the bag, that I paid for! But they did at least put the 2 Biscuits in gravy platters in there!! I’m super ticked! Then when I called them, they said it was on the DoorDash person & not them! I’m so aggravated & I’m never doordashing McDonalds anymore!! This makes time #3 they’ve done me this way!!

The manager is a very nice lady, and the customer service is great. The food is McDonald's, what i care about is the price. I should literally never be spending $70 at McDonald's. Im just tryna feed the homies and im going broke man.

Just ordered $50.20 from this location for the family for dinner at 5:19pm ordered online got to drive thru and was greeted by a rude woman then pulled up to window to be told to go to waiting slot 1 in front of the building to have to sit there for 20 mins until we got our food which was all cold nothing was even close to being warm we didn’t have any sauce for the 40 chicken nuggets we ordered 90% of our food wasn’t even eaten because of this really disappointed in this visit to McDonald’s
