Did a curbside pickup around 11:30. The girl that sent order to us did an amazing job. She felt bad for one of the orders being delayed. Don't know her name. Mcdonald's better hold on to her. Hope she takes our order every time we go there. 😊

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. BARDSTOWN CANNOT HAVE A GOOD FAST FOOD PLACE TO SAVE THEIR LIVES. I REALLY HATE THIS PLACE. The only good thing is the Mcgriddles.

Ordered one single breakfast sandwich about 12 minutes before I arrived at store. Checked in on curbside delivery & waited another 11-12 minutes before I had to leave for an appointment. Apparently 23 minutes isn't enough time for this restaurant to get a single breakfast sandwich prepared. Left without my breakfast or my money

Yes, it’s McDonalds I don’t think anyone expects much from there but never have I seen such a poor managed establishment! Most of the staff was incredibly rude they ignored the lobby and were only getting orders to the drive thru and yes I mean literally ignored the lobby and mobile orders for over an hour and then were very rude when people asked if they were going to get there food. The manger stated they “couldn’t fill mobile orders or lobby orders until the drive thru was empty” and “she didn’t know what to tell us about our 45- to an hour wait” when I did get my food (an hour later) it was cold and I was missing items.. 😳😐

Be careful ordering online, they leave the ordering on when the stores closed then you're just out money. They just got $19 from me.

My first time at this McDonald's. I was in the drive thru.
If I could leave a negative for service I would. They wouldn't give a receipt and of course when I get home my food is wrong.

I place an order thru drive thru and we were ask to pull up. We did the young man to our food to the wrong car. So I ask for my food to replace since the other person went through my bag. The young man was kindly go get remade. So I follow him in and the young lady making the food use a few choice words. I heard what she was saying and so call manager did not stop her. The young man obviously was nervous I completely understand. I felt bad for the young man. I understand things happen but no one communicated with me they had to make more steaks for my bagel. I only knew because I ask after waiting over 30 minutes. I went to McDonald’s to have fast food. Well that didn’t happen. I can add my first time coming to this McDonald’s I had a bad experience.

Took 25 min to get my meals. They gave me the wrong sauce.the sausage egg McMuffin was wrong .they gave me bacon .I live right down the road and 85%of the time it's wrong. Today I've decided I'm done I will not go back. I've oked it with my girls there not happy either. Word of advice don't pull away before you check your order. Or just go to another McDonald's!!!! You'll be better of if you did !!!!!!!

I’m very upset with this McDonald’s. I ordered on the app and already paid, pulled up to the store after a 20 min drive only to be told that they are only serving soft drinks. Pretty confused I asked why and they proceeded to tell me they are short staffed. There was no one else in line, and I saw 3 cars parked. Being that it was 2 am and the inside was closed, I’m positive they were all employees. It’s quite obvious that the employees are just lazy bones and want to get paid for doing nothing all night.
