We came from Grand Rapids,Mi for my husband to do some bourbon tasting and in return I got to pick some wineries for tastings. Came across McIntyre Winery and it’s a hidden gem. The tasting pours for the price was great and the wines we tasted were fantastic. Our server was Trish and we had a great time with her. She was very knowledgeable and helpful for us out-of-towners. Definitely a must try and we will be back.
I have gone to many of their jeep nights and bike nights. I do not drink and have a ball every time I have gone. I met new people the owner always greets us with a positive attitude. I highly recommend.
This is a must visit location. Specializing in fruit wines. They have a fearlessness to experiment with flavor profiles. It's a VERY welcome reprieve from the more harsh flavors found on the bourbon trail. The owner Nikki was a joy to spend time with. She was VERY open to feed back on the wines we tasted.
