The food was absolutely amazing and authentic to Mexico. The best Mexican restaurant, Best prices and food for your money in Bardstown. Excellent customer service and friendly people. Have tried all the Mexican restaurants in Bardstown and this by far is our favorite and number one go to.

I don't know how this place gets a 3 stars average. I've been to this place a dozen times, and had DoorDash bring it to me at least a couple dozen times on top of that. I've always found the food and the staff to be the best in Bardstown. Maybe it's a little too authentic for some folks, I don't know. I do know they have an incredible ceviche, as well as the best fajitas I've ever had. Awesome nachos, and the standard salsa is amazing. If you, like me, want some heat in your salsa, add your own heat, to the exact level you like. You won't find friendlier, more eager to please staff at any other place in town. Don't forget to check the super cool little store, at the back of the restaurant. That's about all I have to say about this place. I consider this place to be a true Bardstown treasure, on par with everybody's favorite Asian restaurant, Umami.

Ceviche was not edible shrimp was very chewy and not marinated long enough. Beans were cold when my plate came out. Rice was good. Enchilada was edible but tortilla tasted old or microwaved not to mention I asked for chicken w cream sauce not beef with red sauce. Hard taco was good and I usually take those home for leftovers when eating out. Salsa tasted like picante sauce not even a hint spicy. My table had zero hot sauce salt pepper or anything only napkins. To top it off the server came by to take the order, then another to bring the food that was it. Zero check ups or anything. Restaurant looked clean and was nice aesthetically.

The food here is by far unquestionably the best Mexican food in town, however I suggest you get it to go I've been here a 1/2 a dozen times the service has always been neglectfully terrible. I've always had to get up and get my own refills wave/chase down staff for anything and everything but the food is incredible.

The food is delicious and it don’t even stop there .. my fiancé and I always get a stuff animal for memory’s and we struggle to win one so they lean a hand and now we got a new collection to our memories… If you like family fun restaurant and your near or in bardstown .. then come by and enjoy food and fun and make memories!!!
