There were flies everywhere landing on literally everything in the case and not one food item had lids on it to prevent them from doing so. Many customers such as myself walked up to see nothing but flies landing on open containers of food and decided to leave. When I asked the woman why don’t they put lids on any of the food she said “well because we don’t have too, and it slow us down when we make the sandwiches.” You’d think that with them being so close to the main entrance and having a fly problem because of it that they would take the proper precautions but not these workers. So I won’t be coming back.

Service was fine, ppl were friendly. Food was worthy of the trash can. Immediate upset stomach after eating. Poultry was undercooked. Hadn't eaten there for about 4 years for the same reason, decided to try it today and same result. Just nasty upset stomach and everything else that goes with it. A suggestion for your foods have a food temperature gauge and double check that the cooking process was done properly cook it, and let it cool afterwards before serving it. And turn on some country music or soft rock or soft rap. That would enhance the experience.

Subway is just not what it used to be, sadly. We used to love Subway, and go there often. Now, not so much, and disappointed when we do. They don't know anything about the reward program which, hey, if I'm going to spend my money there, I would like to participate in rewards!

Sub was terrible. Could not understand the lady. She seemed agitated because I couldn't. I wasn't being rude, just wanted what I wanted.Still had to buy a footlong because she said the Boss only came in 2 sizes, advertising 3.Told her meal, got sandwich only.Other sandwich was Ok.

THE SUBWAYS IN BARDSTOEN KY ARE ABSOLUTLY HORRIBLE. NASTY ANX THE OWNERS REUSE AND WILL SELL EXPIRED MEAT COOKIES ..ANYTHING. We ordered on-line at 3:20 PM, hoping to pickup our order at 3:45. Upon arrival at 3:45, the order was not even started. There were no other customers. I could see only one staff person, who barely speaks English, and with a very heavy accent. I mean no disrespect, but I except that here in the middle of America, someone serving the public in an an eating establishment has at least a working knowledge of English. She kept looking at the order on a printout and kept asking me questions. I have no idea what she was asking - I don't know what a "do-kay-mid" is. Needless to say our order (for 4 people) was nowhere near correct. I don't think she can even read English.

I only went because I had a coupon. The lady making the sandwiches couldn't speak and understand English well at all. Put the wrong sauce on there and scrapped it off when I told her I didn't ask for that and wanted it off. I plan on going back today for lunch as I have another coupon and see if there's any improvement. Update - I went there for lunch again. Experience was better only because a different person made my sandwich.

The two girls working did not know how much meat for serving. I asked for foot long flat bread and the took the meat made for a six inch and spread it across. Would not listen to instructions. Not to mention $3 more than other subways I’ve been at including Danville where I work. I will NEVER go to subway in Walmart at bardstown location again

After shopping, we grabbed sandwiches for a picnic. I myself ordered the Champ. Told the young lady FOUR times NO Ranch,she said ok. Never once did I see her put it on the sandwich. Opened it up to eat....RANCH was on it. I am not only confused about how NO RANCH was misunderstood, when did she put it on there?? I watched her make it and only looked away when she was wrapping it. Did she do it on purpose because I stressed NO Ranch?? I was super nice about it. Needles to say I couldn't eat the $8.00 sandwich because I am deathly allergic to Ranch ingredients. Some of us can die if we eat the wrong thing so we have to make it a point when ordering food. Very very disappointed!!! Everyone else had Subs with correct orders.....items on theirs I couldn't eat or they would have shared. I had nothing and waited four more hours to eat anything because I didn't want to ruin their day. Certainly lost my future business. Thanks.
