I only went because I had a coupon. The lady making the sandwiches couldn't speak and understand English well at all. Put the wrong sauce on there and scrapped it off when I told her I didn't ask for that and wanted it off. I plan on going back today for lunch as I have another coupon and see if there's any improvement. Update - I went there for lunch again. Experience was better only because a different person made my sandwich.
Mike works at the bardstown subway and he is so kind. He promptly gives us our food and always greets us with a smile. I am so thankful for men like him who continue to show graciousness and kindness to the public even at a food service job. The food is ok, but Mike is five stars.
