Store was dead. Elderly couple in front of me and someone in the back was talking how everyone has been quitting. Well finally someone took the elderly couples order. Then after she took their order she started to walk off and then said, “did you need something?” Like I’m a bother trying to get food or something. I told her I was needing to place an order and she said oh. I told her never mind and just walked out.
Not to even mention, the fountain drink machine is not working.

Waited for 50 minutes on dine in .got here at 9:30 and got my food at 10:13 . The drive through was their only priority
The guy taking my order was the most professional service I've ever had in a long time. The place was clean and food was awsome.
Dietary restrictions: I can't eat tomato or the sour cream.

I come here quite a bit bc I work at ljs I ordered a grilled cheese burrito no sour cream it had sour cream on it. I went back over to have them fix it and the manager was trying to give me something completely different and then try to tell me that I was wrong about what I ordered until I pulled out the receipt this was at 2:30 on February 17th I’m not happy about this at all

Went at 12:50 am on December 26 and they said they were closed but on this it says it’s open till 2am? Very confusing, don’t understand the business hours if your closing at different times. Very disappointed smh just wanted a taco. i suggest to go to the other tacobell by fivestar shell if you want tacos late at night.

Ordered a 2 chalupa meal. The shells are hard and rubbery like they were fried a week ago and left on the counter. Pepsi tastes like it’s out of syrup, and they gave me a hard shell taco supreme instead of my soft taco. Absolutely the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever eaten, which should say about being Taco Bell.
