Always says they are open but employees just stand around and shut down drive thru when they please. Let customers sit in the drive through with no answer at the speaker not even a “sorry we are closed”

I went inside to order my food because the line was long. Big mistakes, I waited about 10 or so min then I lefted. No one came to the counter at all. They were filling pick-up orders and waiting on the drive through. I will know next time

The girl in the drive through was rude.I was appalled at her behavior I worked in fast food 4 years. In no way possible would I still have a job had my manager witnessed me treat a customer the way that this girl treated me tonight. On top of that, my grilled burrito wasn't grilled long enough, or it was just stale, and as for the cheesy gorita crunch the outside shell was falling apart most of it stuck to the wrapper and ripped off. I will not be revisiting this location for a while. I might have given the food another chance, but the sheer fact of how rude the girl in the window was is enough to not want to return. I suggest management check the video cameras of the drive through feed somewhere between 8:30 pm and 8:50pm Dec 22 2025 she was huffing and puffing and rolling her eyes whenever I tried to speak to her about my order or lack of napkins.Lack of sauces, inaccurate drinks whatever the situation was.She was mad at the world and is taking it out on guests.In the drive thru.

I came through around 8:20pm The girl in the drive thru attitude was almost hostile. She came across as rude and angry. I still haven't eaten my food because her demeanor made me lose my appetite. I'm still upset at just how rude she was.

Went and had lunch there on 12/14/25 whoever the day shift manager is needs to do better ! None of the employees could get orders right. Not even in the drive through .
Everyone that dinned in had to keep going to the counter to get there cups , and to let employees know they forgot multiple items they paid for. They were more worried about being loud and playing around in the back and the lobby was disgusting . All the tables had food all over them they floors looked awful like they don’t own a broom ! They need to do better !! Needless to say we will not be back there at all I’ll take my business across town to the other one next time .

This is the third time I’ve been here and sat in the drive-through for over 20 minutes. They should really invest in making their drive-through two lanes so people don’t get stuck when somebody pulls behind them. Funny how the only good review they’ve had recently had to bash another location in attempts to justify their wait times. Please get it together. The location is convenient, but the wait is not.

The people complaining that it takes long to get their food don't realize that the other taco bell turns off their door dash.....when they're not supposed to and all the orders come rushing to this one taking it longer to get your food. It is short staffed and they're trying to hire people. So maybe instead of complaining come work for them and see how good you are at making food as fast as you like with only 2 people :)

Rarely have an issue with my order but wait times are always insanely long. Almost always sitting for 30+ minutes in the drive-thru. Makes returning unlikely if the fast food isn't fast.

We waited the longest ive ever had to wait for Taco Bell and it wasnt even busy. Nothing was stocked and we had to ask for sauce, cups straws and napkins.

Workers seemed distracted. Either on their phone or smoking in the parking lot. Had to wait 30+ minutes for a small order. Everyone else in store was also waiting 30+ minutes. We all eventually requested refunds and left.

Someone Special

Really hit or miss. Sometimes good, other times you sit in the drive thru for 38 minutes. Edit: since changed my review to 1 star. Burrito that was intentionally burned and constantly getting shorted on items, I'm done coming to this location.
