Went for the first time and was greeted and seated right away. Service from Aimee was prompted and attentive . Food was hot, fresh and flavorful !
In reading articles about the restaurant and bar, we were excited to try it and were expecting an upscale feel in a classic setting. While the staff was nice, the pictures online definitely "upsold" the quality of food. Much better places for the cost of the food. The place was quiet because it was empty.
Wonderful food, amazing services and fantastic value. Could not ask for more for our anniversary dinner.
Our server Aimee made our dinner very enjoyable. We were bourboned out and she heard us intently , figured what we liked andmade a special request to the bartender who made a fabulous cocktail for me. I really appreciated the entrance length she went to to make our experiment fantastic.
Amy was great in providing good customer service. She should be properly rewarded for caring for customers and making the dining experience a 5 Star event!!!
We were a little nervous when we saw the 4.3-star rating—but we are so glad we kept our reservation. The food was absolutely exceptional—creative, flavorful, and clearly crafted with care. Our server, Liz, was outstanding. She knew every detail about the ingredients and preparation, which made us feel confident (and excited!) about our choices. Her warmth and knowledge elevated the whole experience. The ambience was cozy and welcoming—exactly what you hope for in a small-town gem. Toogie's completely exceeded our expectations and was one of the best meals of our bourbon weekend. Highly recommend!
Let me start with the fact they had a party of 30 at the same time we were there. We waited an hour for our food after our very attentive waitress took our drink & food order. When our food came out, it should not have left the kitchen. Wife's salmon was so overcooked she could not eat it; the tomato broth had become tomato paste; she enjoyed the kimchi that accompanied the dish. My pork chop was tasty, but way over cooked; my veggies and potatoes were room temp. We were comp'd for the salmon dish, but the kitchen quality control was lacking. Ambience was great; staff was attentive. This was our 55th wedding anniversary dinner. We were disappointed.
We had a wonderful dinner at Toogie's Table. The atmosphere was wonderful and the food was superb. I had the pork chop and apples...delicious! Our large party was expertly taken care of by Amy. She was helpful and attentive. Looking forward to going back again.
Wonderful and beautiful setting and building. It was super cute and cozy. The service was great! The food however was not great. Maybe it was what we ordered ( the cod and braised brisket), but not great.
My husband and I were seated right away by Aimee. We were both impressed with the atmosphere in the restaurant. The music was not too loud and we both enjoyed the selections. We started with the deviled eggs appetizer. They did not disappoint. Delicious! We both had the pork chop with mashed potatoes and gravy and seasonal zucchini. Everything was very tasty. Aimee, our server, was very attentive and so friendly. We'd definitely recommend Toogie's.

Reserved a table for 9:15 brunch which was not necessary, my husband and I had the entire place to ourselves, besides the server and chef, for the duration of our visit. Had we not had the reservation, we would have felt as if we had arrived before they opened. From the outside, the place looked dark, lifeless, and a bit unwelcoming, and honestly would likely not even register as a restaurant to anyone just driving by. Once entering, there were no lights on nor music of any kind, just silence and a very dim interior. The only light provided was a small table lamp that was tapped on when we were seated. Otherwise, this is truly a very nicely refurbished building/eatery. We started with coffee which came beautifully presented in small cups along with creamer and sugar on a cloth-lined platter. Perhaps due to low turnover, my first creamer curdled in my cup and most of the granulated sugar packets were one solid piece. We ordered the brisket hash and the pancake breakfast. Our server, Aimee, was genuinely kind, hospitable and attentive. By the time our meal was delivered, someone had turned the background music on. The food arrived hot and plentiful. Unfortunately, my husband was not satisfied with his meal (the brisket hash); we both agreed the flavor was good but much of the brisket was dry. It was served over huge chunks of potato, seasoned and cooked well, but again, dry. The only moisture in the dish was the two perfectly poached eggs on top, but that moisture was quickly lost amongst the meat and potatoes. On the other hand, my pancakes were amazing - having a delicious yeasty flavor - so good that I opted to eat them without the lovely peach compote provided, and I even took my uneaten portion to-go. That said, the portions of both of our meals were generous and the price, fair. Overall, a nice visit and good service; I would definitely stop in again for brunch and recommend that others give them a try as well.
This was our second visit to Toogie's Table. It did not disappoint! The food was delicious and service was exceptional! Shout out to Amy, our waitress - She was very personable and attentive. We will be back!
Fried Chicken came out bloody and raw despite the outside being crisp and well done. They apologized profusely and took it back. I decided I didn't want chicken anymore so I ordered the salmon. It was very fishy tasting. I couldn't eat that either. They offered a third but I was over it by then. They comped both our meals to try to make it right so I give them credit for that. But a bad experience overall.
We enjoyed the Mother's Day brunch buffet. The service was great and we loved the atmosphere.
Service was terrible..Waited one hour for our food....Food not edible....Would never recommend to anyone
