Rashonda waited on me and gave the best customer service I've had in a long time. She acknowledged me while serving another customer , was friendly, gave me a genuine smile and great service. Another young woman gave me my order and made sure that I had everything I needed with great customer service. The food was good and the coffee was fresh.
Ordered delivery tonight. I ordered 4 biggie bags. I was missing the sandwiches from 2, drinks from 2 and got no sauces. And apparently $6 refund is supposed to make up for not having enough dinner for 2 people out of our 4. And the sauced nuggets were so tough we couldn’t eat them. The delivery driver even made the comment about how bad it was trying to pickup the order.
This particular location continues to decline, idk if it’s management, employee staff, or supply chain. But the wait gets longer, and the food gets worse.
My sandwich is supposed to come with a “tomato”.
