The staff is very good at getting orders right and making sure you have everything you need! They are so polite and patient. The food they serve is one of the best around. I have never waited long to get my food and it's always been how I ordered it. I highly recommend this restaurant!!
I love los portales in Benton ! I eat there the other day and everything was excellent and the people there are friendly.

Los Arcos Jalisco Mexican Restaurant offers quick service and fresh food. Everything is fantastic, with a relaxed, authentic, and welcoming atmosphere. The fajita quesadilla, kids chicken cheese and rice, Beef Chimichangas, Burrito Texanos, chicken fajita nachos, and the combination with enchilada and tamale are all excellent. Large portions and terrific cheese. Since the name change from Los Portales, the food is no longer dry and bland, but perfect, with the best tamales anywhere, just like homemade. The service is prompt, attentive, and friendly from the staff, including the cashier and servers. The restaurant is very accommodating with tables set apart. Highly recommended.
