“I am a regular at Becky’s Breads. I go at least once and sometimes twice a week. Becky has delicious croissants and brownies and very good pour over coffee. Her croissants are not the traditional shape. Ask her why and she’ll tell you. I think it does improve them, especially as sandwich wrappers. As another reviewer said, Becky’s croissants serve as the foundation for an especially good tuna sandwich. She makes coffee in three strengths. I go middle most of the time. Very quaint place where the baker-owner usually serves you. She’s good at making just enough for the day, so get there early for best selection. Things run out, but there’s little wasted,“

“I will start with the fact that I'm a baked good snob! Rebecca went above and beyond for our wedding! Instead of her wedding photography/cake package with a 3 tier cake I requested a small 6" cut cake and 5 flavors of cupcakes. She understood the assignment without fault. The crumb was perfect. It held together, but wasn't too dense. Each bite was airy, moist, and delightful. The icings were a smooth blend of balanced sweetness. We had traditional wedding vanilla, chocolate with buttercream, red velvet with cream cheese, strawberry with cream cheese, and german chocolate with coconut pecan. Each was expertly executed and she staged them beautifully on our cake table. The strawberry were so good, that I can say the guest ate every single one and asked for more. My father even tried to take the few remaining german chocolate out without notice. If you are looking for someone amazing to work with, perfect cakes no matter the flavor or icing request, and a local artisan you can feel good about supporting, look no further.
