“My absolute favorite donut shop in Georgetown. I love that I can go at 3am after a night out, or 11:30 right before they close, and there will always be a good variety to choose from. Not to mention the owners are AMAZING. Always so so kind with smiles on their faces. Delicious donuts and a great experience every time I go!“
“Went there to get a few cupcakes for a friend's birthday that night. Unfortunately, I didn't know at the time they were only open for advanced reservations. The owner opened the door and asked what I needed and was so sweet to accommodate my request! She invited me in to wait while she decorated the cupcakes and offered a drink while I waited in her ADORABLE restaurant. She packed and packaged the cupcakes beautifully and thoughtfully. I asked for different flavors and they were ALL DELICIOUS! We didn't even know one was vegan!I later found out that she can accommodate for breakfast, lunch, dinners, or events at her restaurant with advanced notice. She even caters! The only reason she's not open is because it's just her and can't get any help.Seeing and tasting what she can do is amazing and I'd definitely go to More Than Cakes again for any event! Great venue for a tea party/ bridal shower/ brunch... if you talk with her, she'll make it happen!“
“I ordered a cake online for my friend’s 22nd birthday and I got everything I wanted and more. I requested a red cake that said “I’m feeling 22” and the baker who made the cake did an amazing job! They took creative liberties and made it look like something from Pinterest. It was beautiful and tasty too. The quality was amazing. Overall - I’m so thankful for the Walmart bakery and the Taylor Swift fan who works in the back :)“
“I used Ashley for my wedding for both the cake and the catering and both turned out fantastic. The cake flavors were honey with bourbon, strawberry, coconut, and vanilla. I had many compliments on all of the flavors, but the honey with bourbon was definitely the favorite and was the first to be gone. The catered food also tasted good, we had bbq pulled pork, corn pudding, green beans, rolls, and fruit salad. Ashley was always very good at responding to us and answering questions and working with us overall. She is very sweet and lovely to work with. I also follow her Facebook page and always see the amazing stuff she makes that I have wanted to try but haven't gotten to yet.“
“The owner is incredibly nice and so accommodating!! I ordered some cinnamon rolls to go and also told her that I love whoopie pies so if she makes them to save one for me! So she made them and saved two just in case!! ? Best Whoopie Pies EVER!! And they are HUGE!!! Burgers are insanely good and sourced locally! It’s also worth mentioning I drove an hour each way just to pick up these goodies because they are that good. The cinnamon rolls are the best I’ve ever had and the only ones that taste exactly like my grandma’s. So I bought these for my mom’s birthday for her to try and it brought her to tears! She said it’s a carbon copy of her mom’s cinnamon rolls that we haven’t had since she passed years ago! Bless this wonderful Bakery and the owners!! You make miracles!!“
“Stopped here on the way out of town after flying into LEX airport. It’s really a quaint setting with great service, good prices, and good food. We tried the original burger, fried chicken sandwich, hot brown, and turkey sandwich. Everyone was satisfied with the food, but no one was wowed.Wallace station is worth a stop in if you’re in the area.“
“Don't take the lower atmosphere rating fool you ... this is still a great place to visit. They're just more of a take out kind of place, with inside seating for about 8. In good weather, you can sit on the patio out back.The food is typically fantastic. I had a ham (country), egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on an English muffin today. They did not disappoint!Parking: Most parking is in a lot, lower from the entrance and off to the side. They technically have handicap parking, but not sure you'd want to bring a wheelchair.Kid-friendliness: Kids will love the sweets, but with limited seating inside and no visible high chairs, maybe not a great place to stop and eat.Dining in could be different with eating outside. There are some old play equipment installations outside from when it was a school.Wheelchair accessibility: Technically yes, but limited, and not without difficulty. The bathroom I think would NOT be wheelchair accessible.“
“We usually shop at the Alexandria Rd location, but if we are on this side of town, we shop here for all our baked goods. Plus the lady selling Tamales inside is a bonus, they are good... Oh, everyone so far speaks English at this location including the Tamales lady LOL“
“Stopped with my friends for lunch yesterday. The place is adorable, with an inviting atmosphere and cute decor. Despite the name, they had way more than just desserts. I chose the KY Hot Brown Sandwich and it was AMAZING!!! Highly recommend!!!“
