“We are so glad to have Olive’s Apron in our neighborhood! I love walking down to the shop and hanging out in the “couch room” with my kids. It is so cozy and cute with plenty of unique games for the little ones to enjoy. I have always felt welcomed. Also the smell when you walk through the door is divine! We have been big fans of the biscuits and various treats for awhile, but have not visited as much recently due to some dietary restrictions for our family. I contacted them about creating two custom dye-free birthday sets for my children and they were so wonderful to work with! Ashley sourced natural dyes for our order per my recommendations as it is not something they keep on hand and charged me only an extra $5 to do so. The cakes came out beautiful, more vibrant than expected, and were so delicious! They were perfect and we had two very happy birthday kids! “This place is amazing! A real hidden gem. The flavors are unique and delightful. We had an orange fennel cheesecake today that was blended so well. The complex flavors may seem a little scary for some but they are artful combinations you have to try. They also have more traditional flavors that are just as great.I always feel invited, welcome, and cozy.“

“I stopped in a few moments before closing on a Sunday. The woman was sooooooo sweet - she gave me extra of EVERYTHING but was such a NINJA about it, I didn't notice until I got home. I ordered a peanut butter cookie and a double chocolate donut. She gave me 2 donuts, 3 cookies and an Apple fritter. Such a generous offering. I am thankful!“
“. Martine's Pastries is an amazing gem of a French cafe and bakery.. I love their delicious chicken salad sandwich, served on a tender buttery croissant. They also have a great 'Croque Monsieur' sandwich- a grilled ham and cheese sandwich with a delicious sauce.. They have amazing baked goods and coffee & tea drinks.. Martine also makes beautifully decorated custom cakes for special occasions.. This is a small cafe. There is limited seating downstairs, but there is also a larger seating area upstairs.. Everything is delicious !Highly recommend.Parking: There's a small off-street parking lot, to the side of the building (only about 8 cars)- to access this lot, turn into the alley behind the building.“
“I've been coming here weekly since moving to the area last summer, and I've honestly never had a bad experience. I only ever come here now! Coffee is great (big fan of the vanilla latte), as is the chocolate croissant, and the baristas are really, really kind and helpful too. Great place to get work done as well!“
“I love this place and everything it stands for. I have introduced several people to this restaurant. When you walk in the smell of the fresh baked bread is so amazing. The staff are friendly, helpful and so thoughtful. Check out the specials on the board when you come in. All the food is great. Any of the sliders are really good. Breakfast is served til 2:00. I did not realize they close for the day at 2:00., so get there by 1:00 the latest. I will be back and bring more people there. Everyone is so kind and appreciative that works there. “When I searched for bakeries nearby this popped up first. Since it was far from my destination I decided to stop by . I got there shortly after they opened and there was no other customers in the store so I had no wait time. They do have a sign which is posted with all that's available that day. That was super helpful as a first timer. The store itself is super cute with an open kitchen so you can see them preparing to bake . It made me smile to see they use kitchen aid stand mixers because I have one as well. The French toast cinnamon roll looked outstanding but I decided to go with a salted chocolate chip cookie which I have to say was phenomenal. As a home baker myself I'm really picky when it comes to baked goods . The lady at the counter was super friendly and patient with me while I decided what I wanted .“
“I have never had a bad experience here. I used to work down the street from Mondelli's and would stop on my way home to get a treat all the time. The service is always super friendly and they are patient when I'm being indecisive. The bakery itself isn't fancy inside but it doesn't need to be - the treats speak for themselves. We've gotten everything from a cake for Easter to cookies for Halloween and NYE and it is all amazing. Seriously, next time you want a sweet treat, stop by and get a petit four or some cake...or anything, honestly. It's all good!“

“Cameron was an absolute joy to work with from the very beginning. At the first cake tasting we explained our vision for our wedding cake and he delivered! We were actually invited back for a second tasting to decide on the final cake flavor, chocolate cake with vanilla bourbon butter cream. This cake was not only delicious but also stunning to look at. “Ashamed to say I just got around to buying bread, cookies, and pastries from Bluegrass, but it's true. I came in around 1:30pm on a Saturday and bought 3 demi baguettes, 4 Mexican wedding cookies, and a oatmeal coconut almond chocolate chip cookie. It only came out to $12.50-what a steal! The baguettes were delicious with the perfect amount of crunch on the outside and all three cookies were perfection! Will definitely be back to try danishes and other breads and cookies. The friendly folks and easy to view and order system makes it a perfect stop for your baked good needs! FYI: I didn't see donuts, cake, or cupcakes available so you might try going a bit earlier in the day since they probably sell out!“

“This is a gem! We love good food (and the food here is great!) But is it so hard to go out to eat a nice restaurant when you have 3 kids. Enter Poppy and Olive. My kids enjoyed their food, we enjoyed our food, the waitress (Maddie) was very friendly and helpful, they have a family rest room, high chairs, and other families with kids there. We were able to dress nice and have a great dinner without having to find a sitter! Amazing.“
