“Beyond disappointed!!! We reserved the party room far in advance. Talked to them in person and watched it written in the book. Went in to eat lunch a week ago to ensure we could get in ahead of time to set up... Talked to them in person and by phone. Arrived today for the party to find the room FULL of people eating who just sat down. No one seemed to care. It was as if I had no reservation. They didn't try to do anything. No explanation nothing. Manager was extremely rude!!!! When I was there last week, I got a story about how they lost the reservation book but they had it down now. Obviously not... But I quickly called somewhere else that accommodated us in minutes. Definitely won't go back!!!“
