Very rude lady taking orders over phone! When we first called she told us we were too far and that we couldn’t meet. She then handed the phone to a guy and said we were asking all kinds of questions . The guy told that we could meet and where to meet and the lady kept trying to talk him out of meeting us. He handed the phone back to her and she took our order, we were missing chicken cheese ranch after picking up or our order so we called back and she told us we didn’t order...
Their food is usually very good! The buffet is nice and the pizza seems to be the quality of their regular pizza, which is pretty good. The inside of the new restaurant is nice. They've done a good job with it. My biggest concern and complaint is that the food prices are relatively high. They were high at the previous location and continue to be here. They provide rolls of paper towels for the dining room, which is fine. However, what's not fine is that, when I was there...
I live in Lexington Kentucky and I’m extremely picky when it comes to pizza, but Hot Rod’s has to be the best pizza, cheese stick, calzones I have ever had no doubt. I always bring some home when I’m in town and I would eat it daily it I lived closer. I honestly wish there was one in Lexington. I give it a 10/10. Would 100% recommend it to everyone.
