Placed a mobile order and paid for an ice cream cone for my girlfriend at this location. Pulled up to the window to get the cone & they refused to give it to us.
The manager said if I wanted it badly enough, I would pull back around the building to the back of the (now 5 car long) drive thru line & ask her for the ice cream cone into the speaker. We had 3 Whoppers, 1 1/2 apiece, large Fry, and a diet coke.
The Meat was cold, light on the lettuce and Tomatoes, bread was also cold. Drink was good. We were very disappointed, even when ordering the counter girl was busy tacking it up with the customer ahead of me. He had ordered, paid his bill, yet he continued to laugh and have a big time with the lady waiting on the counter for a good 10 minutes.
