The last time I went to this Starbucks, I was immediately greeted at the door with multiple smiles and all the baristas were jamming to old Taylor Swift. Every experience I’ve had here has been super pleasant in a way that extends beyond customer service. You can tell their workers are genuinely just sweet people. Kudos to the staff!! Helpful and Honest/friendly. I left my wallet in BR and Panicked after I was gone. I. Realized what happened and called them. They were Very proactive and helpful. Luckily it was turned in later with Everything intact. They held it for me till I returned. Thank you!! My Drink I had ordered Was good too…☺️

I normally give 5⭐️reviews for Starbucks but I don’t know if it was employee or company changes to the iced coffees but my mocha Frappuccino tasted kinda bad just sour or something I ended up just throwing that $8 coffee away now I did add espresso shots to it but always do. Guess I’ll start going to Dunkin if this is a normal thing now just really don’t want to waste another $8 to see
