I don't know if its location or not. I leave for work everyday with plenty of time for a stop anywhere. I sat in line for 15min for a small order. I had to leave and so did others. I have been to other locations in bowling Green that have asked me to stay at the pay window for a while. I don't know what that's about but its called fast food. I love the food just cant wait that long for 2 cheese burgers.

Ordered a medium whopper meal, a medium brisket whopper meal with no pickles and no tomato, and cinni minis. Was only given a brisket whopper meal with pickles and cinni minis. When I tried to tell them about the missing drink the workers got mad at each other and treated it as if I was at fault. Was charged for the total meal and too tired to argue with them. Also have allergies so I can't even eat the brisket whopper with the pickles.
Food was hot and good. Service was good. Got what we expected.

I never really leave reviews, but I was really impressed today. The store was clean, my food was warm and fresh, and Heather was great. Such a fun personality and hard worker. I actually can’t wait to go back again to say hi lol the atmosphere here is amazing and I don’t have to worry about my food order being wrong or someone being rude. Let’s face it, most the time you go to get food it seems like everyone has an attitude towards you, but Heather was so nice and didn’t once treat me like a burden. I hate going to eat places and paying money to have someone treat me like crap.. no issue here! Shoutout Heather!
