The Stingray Grill, located inside a museum next to the Corvette Museum, provides a pleasant dining experience. Guests have praised the quick seating and prompt service, enjoying dishes such as the Stingray burger, which features bacon, cheese, and bacon jam, and the kids chicken tenders. The restaurant offers local beers in cans and has a limited but satisfying menu. The waffle sweet potato fries with bourbon caramel sauce are highly recommended and complement the large Stingray burger well, which can be shared. Visitors also appreciate the knowledgeable staff, especially when it comes to dietary restrictions, and the attentive service.
The stingray burger was great and fries were nice and crunchy. Diners split the burger and had the bourbon bread pudding with ice cream, which was so good. They will definitely be back next time they are in the area. The staff were super friendly and helpful, providing excellent recommendations. The blackberry grilled cheese (or a similar dish with blackberry jam) was delicious and unique. The pepper and spinach dip was also enjoyed, though it was felt to be missing something. Visitors were greeted by a wonderful and extremely helpful staff member upon entering the restaurant.
