The Oreo balls are to die for. Reminds me of Kilwins except locally owned and so much better! Great for a sweet treat pick me up!
Poorly managed with terrible customer service. When my order wasn’t ready the owner was argumentative although I had my receipt and he said he remembered me. He did not apologize. He said they would see if they could get it done. I opted for a refund and he didn’t refund my prepaid tip. That will teach me to include a tip before I get the finished product.
I am sorry to have to write this review, but I can, in no way, shop or support Cocomo Confections any longer due to their disservice to me at Christmas.
I ordered a Boston Cream Cake for my son’s birthday from you on December 13, 2024. I told you his birthday was on December 24th, but we were not celebrating until the evening of the 26th with all of our family. We agreed upon me picking up the cake on the 26th at 2:00.
